TRS, A project born from experience and collaboration

At TRS we are proud to tell a story that not only defines us as a company, but also reflects our essence and our values. We are a company that emerged from the initiative of a group of friends, one from the construction sector, another from the legal profession and another from the real estate sector, who are passionate about professional growth.

What began as a set of informal projects among acquaintances ended up becoming a solid company committed to offering a different and more accessible alternative in the real estate market.

Our story began simply. Opportunities to buy and sell properties often appeared among friends. Houses, apartments and commercial premises passed through our hands frequently. The interesting thing was that, in many cases, we ended up selling these properties to other acquaintances who were also looking for attractive options on the market. Everything arose naturally, sharing investment or housing opportunities.

However, in the midst of these transactions, we detected a recurring problem: the high real estate commissions that were charged. These commissions, often high, ended up impacting the final budget of those who acquired the properties, making renovating or improving some part of the property more difficult than expected. We realized that the amount allocated to real estate commissions literally translated into unpainted walls, unrenovated kitchens or floors that could not be changed.

It was at that moment that the idea that gave life to our company arose. We decided to join forces and create a project that would provide a solution to this problem: offering a high-quality real estate service, but with lower and more accessible commissions for the client. This is how TRS was born, a real estate agency built on the basis of trust, experience and the desire to make a difference in a market saturated with high costs and services that are often not aligned with the needs of the client.
